IBS are wholeheartedly grateful to all our generous sponsors who supported our 15 days prison program in Northern California.
During this prison trip, we were enabled to visit the following institutions : Tehachapi, Avenal, Corcoran SATF, Wasco, North Kern, Kern Valley, Pleasant Valley, Salinas, California Health Care Facility, Deuel Vocational Institution, Mule Creek and Lancaster.
Our main mission and major goal is to bring the precious Buddha's teaching to the incarcerated brothers along with the necessary sources such as Buddha statue, Dharma instruments, Dharma books, chanting beads and meditation rugs for their daily practices.
Since this trip fell around the holidays season, we prepared some small gift items for all our brothers which made them super happy and surprised upon receiving.
All these wonderful and meaningful wholesome deeds happened because of the loving kindness and compassion from our generous donors.
